Rabies at 4 to 6 months of age we recommend  spaying and neutering to be done no later than 6 months of age! DEWORMINGS DATE________ TYPE ______ YOU WILL START Safeguard once a day for 5 days starting tomorrow ____CC a day 

Your puppy has been fed a mixture of Purina Puppy Chow soaked in water until soft then mixed with tablespoons of plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese.  We recommend you continue this diet so as not to disrupt your puppy's digestive system until he/she has had time to adjust to the new surroundings of your home and the shock of being taken from the litter.

Our Health guarantee only covers a genetic conditions. You must provide a written veterinarian statement (hard copy) saying that the puppy had a hereditary (congenital) defect when we sold it to you. Please send it to our mailing address. This guarantee covers your puppy for one year.

Your puppy may have loose stool due to all the stress of going to a new home it may even have some blood in it this is called Colitis. Do not be alarmed. As long as your puppy is eating drinking and playing he/she will be just fine. It may take as long as a week to straighten out. Be sure to stick to the same diet and give the deworming medication as instructed.

Puppies who will be immediately traveling more than 4 hours from the ranch will be only a limited health guarantee as sometimes travel can itself cause health problems in small puppies if they are not cared for properly at the time of travel! WE DO NOT PAY VETERINARIAN BILLS OR COVER CONDITIONS SUCH AS ANY TYPE OF PARASITES INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL. WE RESERVE OUR RIGHT TO REPLACE YOUR PUPPY!!
